We know the singer has brown curly hair, and it kind of reminded my
friend of Christine from Phantom of the Opera.
We know that the song had lots of "La la la's" in the chorus, and the
video was kind of silly. First she was moving into a new house, then
she paints things and something about painting her friends and they
come to life, and the house falls away and she's in water.

My friend is going crazy and really wants to find this. Anyone know
who it is?
